Finish The Rhett Akins Fan app

I should have finished this app by now.  I only have two games so far.  The Name That Rhett Akins Tune and the Wikipedia Rhett Akins trivia games.  I was at a crossroads in which direction I wanted to take my career.  My first priority is App Development then writing, etc.  The goal is to get good enough at C# to produce cool apps and to do technical consulting work.

Getting a Digital Certificate for your company

When ever my app's setup runs the first time I get the message that this app was created by an unknown Publisher.  To resolve this you need to get a digital certificate from a company like Digicert or Verisign costs anywhere between $100-$400 dollars a year.  You then have to update you setup with that signature.
